Victor, this looks to read Jusekisai.

Check 寿石斎 Jusekisai too as this uses the short form.

Hi Piers, can I ask is Jesekisai a known artist? I have looked at my reference books and I cannot find any mention of him, but I should add that my information sources are limited.

Hi Victor, I looked in Laz for you and couldn't find him, the closest artist I found was Jusensai but the middle kanji looks different.
