This one keeps coming round, but you are right the first time, even if you can’t find the name listed. Look at this character Ji, 自 and then Toku/Atsu 篤

Tokushin 篤信 means deep piety.

Being an ancient Confucian virtue, it is rather difficult to put a single definitive translation to it. Whether it indicates devotion/faith/truthfulness/piety to the gods, or filial piety to one's own parents could be argued either way.
