Speaking of Warburg, he showed me a wonderful 18th C. shishi netsuke he acquired this week at the convention and said I should be happy because it had aji. And it did...but not too much. A big bold ivory piece that showed a hint of use. I too hope Warburg will rejoin us here on the Forum. I didn't get to spend enough time with him in Beverly Hills, or with DSW, or all the other wonderful people I've met here. Conventions build friendships that endure over a two year period and are quickly renewed the moment we see each other. If you have not participated in a convention we hope to have an even better one in two years....but DSW's production at the Beverly Wilshire will be hard to beat.
