Spell Check Installation: If your browser is Firefox

Postby Oishii » Fri Apr 08, 2016 4:53 pm

The purpose of this tutorial is to provide information on how to set up the auto-correction when typing text, using Firefox as a browser.

* normally Firefox provides this function automatically when you type text.

* when you are about to start typing, just do a right-click on the mouse.
then you get the menu below :
scroll to "Languages ". If the language that you use is not (yet) on the list, choose "Add Dictionaries ..."
For instance, in this case an Hungarian user wants to add English Dictionary.

This will bring you to the "Dictionaries & Language Packs" page of Firefox : ... age-tools/

Then Choose your language, in this case English and download the Dictionary and Language Pack.

You will get this little menu and choose "Install".

When you are starting a text, just do a right-click on the mouse and select "English".
Firefox will then automatically do a spell-check by underlining in red.
