Frienly helping for signatures

In the last few busy day I have not enough time to read my library.
Tomorrow I am also travelling, so anybody could help me are wellcome.
I know it is not netsukes only japanese text from a hanging scrolls.
But maybe ?
The censor and publisher? seals not so important, but i am focusing the artist.

The first image: The two characters are 凌涛 (Ryōtō).
The second image: It is difficult to read, but I see "Meiji 15 ??? Winter" on the first line at the right. On the line at the left, I see characters 古?法?龍翁信 and the bottom seal is 龍山(Ryūzan).
