All September spaces are now full but the Baur Museum and Petra have kindly organised a second session for you Euronetsuke members that can't make the first.

As before it will be limited to 12 spaces only so get in quick. Details as follows;

Gopi - it's a stunning piece and already a few of us have requested it to be in the handling session so that piece a guarantee!

That's a shame Gopi. Opportunities like this do not present themselves often. A wife of a deep friend of many on this forum will be going to this session as well :)

Sorry to hear you cannot make it Gopi.

That image is wetting my appetite even more for the visit.

Currently I don't have a copy of the Baur netsuke book so am unfamiliar with the collection. I've heard enough about it though. As Martyn says opportunities like this...

Richard, I'll see if I can juggle things & make the trip in November ... a 48hr round trip flight :shock:

It was too hard to get there in September after travelling all the way to Baltimore.

You should beg, borrow or steal the book before your visit Richard. I wish they could reprint the book in colour.

Perhaps those of us that are visiting towards the end of this year can persuade them by signing up to buy a copy when they do.

I'm meeting up with Martyn at the weekend so will be perusing his copy no worries.

I just got the book from ebay a month ago or so... As only bidder I got it fairly cheap. I guess tou guys mist it...? If I find more I'll post the link here. Good luck book-shopping :)

I saw one go through around £200 if that's the one you meant There is one there at the moment for about £220.
