Andy, business obligations right now prevent me from attending the London event, so I would greatly appreciate (both from you, and from any others who wish to share their London Symposium experiences and describe them right here on the INS Forum) your report!

Thanks for offering!

Looking forward to meeting you - May 2011 (5-20-25/11) at our very own INS C 2011 Convention, here at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in (hopefully) sunny Southern California.

Here is the venue from the outside to help you find it. The English speaking union is the dark column building with the Chesterfield hotel next door. Those that know S.L Moss Gallery, then its the white building on the corner.

Hi Andy,
It's been quite a while since I have posted, so this is a friendly "hello" and to thank you up front for giving us the benefit of your attendance to the London Netsuke Symposium. I am so disappointed that I will not be able to attend- so I will watch here with great interest to see how it all went. I hope you have a great time! I am sure it will be spectacular.:) judy

Thanks Andy. Excellent.

Unfortunately I just did not have the time for either Tokyo (thanks Guido) or now London.

PS Really good to hear from you again Judy! :)

Thank you Piers!  I am happy to be back as well.  I have finally gotten to the bottom of the boxes after selling our home on Washington Island, Wi, and moving down to Florida.  It has been a strange and not so fun summer, I am afraid....

Hi Guido---No I am sure not used to it, nor do I want to be. We sold half of what was in the house, all the furniture, and we still brought way too much stuff down here. It is depressing trying to find spots for things that really belong half a world away. :P
