It would be great to know whose signature is on this NLO?

正芳 could be read Masafusa, (also Seiho or Shoho), but be careful because the second Kanji is different from this 房 fusa. Your signature falls between two known artists, Seiho and Masafusa, sounding the same, but with different Kanji. Walk carefully as always. (Signature forgers aim for these subtle and confusing differences in Kanji characters.)

Size is something.

Piers is good to have given you a close translation on this NLO. And he was thoughtful in reminding you to be careful if you are purchasing it. In all honesty, a signature matters not at all on this type of carving, and pretending it does matter would be deceptive if and when you are trying to sell it.
