Thanks a lot for your kinds words. I m very happy to participate at this show in London I can't be there, but I hope that some of other Carver will be there to show their own work. I think it will be very interesting for Carver and collectors .

I don t have my inro and netsuke, it s in Cologne.
During this sale you will see more than ten contemporary netsuke Shi. I think it's the first time for an event like this.

I think that some of my netsuke and inro will be sold in London this year. If you want , I think that it will be possible to see and toich it before the sale.

Thanks a lot . No, i never made a little train :D . But I like to carve something with a lot of details. I think that it must be fun to make a train with a town, some trees and people !!!

An appealing netsuke

Hi all. I come back with a new netsuke made like I like. Boxwood and natural pigments or if you prefer painted boxwood. Dimensions: 5 x 3 x 2 cm. Weight: 11 g.

Hi all. I think that It needs 25/30 hours to carve this dragon. i don't know how much time exactly i carve. The most interesting mateial to carve was ivory. Now, i prefer boxwood, it's the better after ivory. I take mammouth iovry or ebony just for details.

Hi Chonchon. Yes i'm a self-taught. I never learned how to carve. I think there is no school to learn how to carve netsuke. You must look seriously the old netsuke to understand the rules. I don't know if i have all understood, i try to have pleasure to carve, it's a lot for me.
