Tend to agree with Alan on this one, on quality too. The signature says in flowing-water style (?) writing 玉川 which can be read a number of ways in Romanization. Gyokusen and Tamagawa would be the first and second most obvious readings.

We are all grappling in the dark. 春江 can be read Harue or Shunko 春公 can be read Harukimi or Shunko 春光 can be read Harumitsu or Shunko They are all different names, different people. Can we please see a clear shot of both of the original Kanji? The first kanji looks like 寿 to me, not 春 Shun or Haru a...
